Vigorous Vinyasa and core flow by donation…
Tuesdays 5:00-6:30 pm
Saturdays 10:15-11:45 am
Come breathe, bend, and be in a beautiful space. Experience an all levels Vinyasa Flow Yoga class. Live music is provided by Joel Eisenkramer and other local musicians during many Saturday Classes.

All yogis welcome.

Pay what you can $5.00 – $20.00. After a small donation to the space, ALL 2017 PROCEEDS WILL BENEFIT THE FOLLOWING LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS!

The Women’s Freedom Center
…Working to end domestic and sexual violence serving both Windham and Southern Windsor Counties in Vermont. A feminist organization committed to offering support and advocacy to survivors of violence, as well as prevention and educational activities to help create a community in which violence is not tolerated.

Food Connects

Food Connects cultivates healthy food and farm connections in classrooms, cafeterias and communities in and around Windham County, Vermont. Donations allow Food Connects to continue working with local partners to find truly sustainable solutions to supporting Healthy Families, Thriving Farms and Connected Communities.”

Turning Point of Windham County
…Offers a safe, supportive gathering place and peer-recovery services for people who are pursuing recovery from various addictions. The volunteer-led center offers peer support, recovery resources, and networking opportunities. The center is a community of hope.

Windham Child Care Association
… Provides personalized counseling, consumer education and referral support for families in need of child care; assists families, including those whose child care options are limited due to financial constraints, mental health issues or other family challenges, in accessing state-sponsored child care tuition assistance.
